• Full refunds minus Booking Fee (5%) available up through the Wednesday that ValenTango starts,

• No refunds after that.

Also, if you have a room reserved at the DoubleTree and plan to cancel it, please consider transferring your registration to another tanguero–this will help preserve rooms within the Tango Community Block. To aid in makeing the transfer, following the directions at the Room Cancel Connection Form.
